The basics
By texting Mo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy page. They’re short, promise.
- You’re 18 or older.
- The phone number you text from is yours.
What Mo is
Mo is a computer program, not a person. He’s here to remember things, check in and keep you company.
He’s not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial advisor. He can get things wrong, so double-check anything important.
If things get heavy
Mo isn’t an emergency service. If you’re in crisis in the US, call or text 988. For an emergency, call 911.
Texts and calls
- You text first. After that, Mo can text back, check in and send reminders.
- Text “stop” anytime and he goes quiet.
- Mo only calls when you’ve asked him to.
- Your carrier’s usual data rates may apply.
Reminders are best effort
Mo tries hard to be on time, but texts can land late and things break. Don’t count on him alone for meds, flights or anything you can’t miss.
Be cool
Don’t use Mo to harass anyone, break the law, or try to break Mo. If you do, we can pause or end your access.
Your stuff
What you send Mo is still yours. You let us store and use it only to run Mo, the way the Privacy page explains.
Price
Mo is free while he’s in early access. If that changes, you’ll hear it from us first. Nothing gets charged without your yes, and Mo never sells you stuff in the chat.
The legal-ish part
- Mo comes as is. He might go down, change or go away.
- As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for what happens because of something Mo said or didn’t say.
- If these terms change in a big way, Mo will text you first.
